By joining the trade union, I am also committed to recognize and implement its values and goals, and that SITRATEL RD trade union is the only union that represents me in my labour relations with the employer and third parties and that can negotiate and sign on behalf of me the collective agreement.
The collected data will be stored and processed by the trade union according to the law, only with the purpose of fulfilling the object of activity of the trade union and maintaining their confidentiality.
Under the name SITRATEL RD, was established in June 22nd 2016, the Teleperformance Workers Union in the Dominican Republic. Our organization groups all the men and women who work for Teleperformance in DR, no matter what site they work at. Our union is registered before the Ministry of Labor under the number 13/2016.

SITRATEL RD operates under the Constitution of the Dominican Republic (art. 47 and 62 numbers 3 and 4), the Labor Code of the Dominican Republic (art. 317,318,319 and 320), Conventions 87 and 98 of the International Labor Office (ILO) ratified by our country, the International Charter of Human Rights, the Free Trade Agreement between the United States, Dominican Republic and Central America "DR-CAFTA" (Chap. 16), among others. All that enables us to act in behalf of the workers of the company, sue in justice and represent them in the Collective Bargaining, with the support of the Majority.
